On the advice of MacFixit, I went about cleaning out my InputManager, Internet Plug-Ins, and Contextual menu folders from both my User and System Libraries. Came across this file-- KasCookieAccess.bundle--in my /Library/Contextual Menu Items folder. Can find no reference to it anywhere. Even a google search turns up empty. Anybody know what this is and what application uses it?

Just came across this thread after a quick Google search trying to answer the same question. Did some digging into the bundle and found that all it contains is a single .plist file. One of the items in the property list is the bundle identifier: "com.dataviz.kascookieaccess". As the only Dataviz software I have on my machine is MacLinkPlus Deluxe and this bundle only showed up after installation of same, it seems fair to say that that's what it's from. What it's actually _for_ ... that's a good question.

It's a context menu item. It will put something in the menu that appears when you right-click (or control-click, if you have a one-button mouse) on something. So if you want to know exactly what it does, just right-click on some item in the Finder, note what's in the menu, then remove the bundle, log out, log back in, right click on something, and see which of the items in there disappeared.

Normally given the file's location that would be true, but in this case it's simply a container for a single PList file and nothing else. No other resources. The MacLinkPlusCM.plugin that seems to be its companion (same folder, same mod date and time, same company) has more to it. Odd but not worrisome.
