How to get subscription TV shows w/o Leopard?

Ahoy maties!

I still have Tiger, and won't be upgrading for a while (till our Macbook air comes in).

I have subscriptions to TV shows, with episodes in my queue, but iTunes won't let me download them without Leopard.

Is there any way around that? Should I be able to get shows I paid for without spending $$$ to upgrade before I want to?

So you cannot get it by downloading itunes from here:
Apple - iTunes - Download iTunes

the requirements state 10.4.9

Weird.

You need both iTunes 7.6 and Quicktime 7.4 - did you run Software Update to install them?
