Spotlight has a exclusion for "webpages" but this does not exclude safari webpage history. Could someone tell me where does safari keep its webpage history so I can include it on the spotlight exclusion list?

I excluded it the file in spotlight - went to some sights and did a spotlight search and spotlight is STILL indexing safari history items.

are you sure thats where safari puts its history files in?

It's probably ~/Library/Caches/Metadata/Safari/History but I didn't test it. You may or may not also have to exclude ~/Library/Safari/History.plist although my guess is that's not necessary.
