Hey guys

i want to backup all personal data from the following progs
Couldnt find a good answer on the net

Firefox (Bookmarks{thats easy i kno }, Login Data etc)
Iphoto (How to export the albums ? )
Photobooth
Ical
Rapidweaver
Skype, Ichat (how to save the protocols ?)
Delicious Library
ITUNES !(thats IMPORTANT: how do i save the podcast including the infos and the structure)
Mail




misc.

Keychain
