I was having some USB issues with my external drive so I called Apple and they said to install this USB update and it instantly made my mac crash!

Keyboard or mouse does not work, so i'm trying to install the original drivers in Target Disk mode from my Power Mac BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE ORIGINAL DRIVERS ARE OR WHERE TO GET THEM!

Thanks for the virus, Apple!

This is in no way a virus, unless you can prove otherwise, so I've edited your misleading title.

Also, you have a topic on this already here. No cross-posting.
