I can't imagine how this happedn: Im on 10.4.11 and have two monitors. I may have clicked the control key w my mouse on the desktop or not.

I now have a 'workspace' = the area that both monitors 'see' thats magnified.
it moves around when I move the mouse, the menubar and dock move above and below the screens and I can't 'fix' it to go back to the 'normal' view.

this is very difficult to describe. I booted into 10.5 on another HD and repaired permissions on this HD and repaired the drive. there were lots of permissions repaired but there was nothing wrong w the HD.

this didn't change the problem. its asif the whole interface I see on both screens 'floats' in a slightly magnified way when I move the mouse

greatfull for any help on this at all!

going nuts!

Hold down the control key and scroll your mouse wheel upwards to "zoom in". Hold down the control key and scroll your mouse wheel downwards to "zoom out".
