How to find out what is trying to access netinfo?

We have 10.5.5. We keep getting this error in the system log:

Sep 29 09:19:37 Xdata02 org.openldap.slapd[45483]: Unrecognized database type (netinfo)
Sep 29 09:19:37 Xdata02 com.apple.launchd[1] (org.openldap.slapd[45483]): Exited with exit code: 1
Sep 29 09:19:37 Xdata02 com.apple.launchd[1] (org.openldap.slapd): Throttling respawn: Will start in 10 seconds

The server is out of warranty but after talking to Applecare, it is assumed that there must an application that is calling for the netinfo database.

How can I find out which third party application is trying to access the netinfo database?

Did you do an upgrade from an OS previous to Leopard? This looks more like slapd is trying to use NetInfo which is no longer part of Leopard.
