Kernel Panic help please

Every time i insert my targus sd card reader my macbook gets a kernel panic my mac is 10.5.6 and this is the log info please someone tell me how to fix this

Not sure there is anything you can do to fix it. You know what causes it, so the simple fix is 'don't insert your card reader'..
Can you try the card reader with a different mac? Could be the reader has simply gone kaput.

I dont know if this helps but i just tried using the card reader with my xbox 360 and the xbox read the sd card perfect I could look at all my files

That doesn't help much. Macs seem to be pretty picky with card readers for some reason. We are very careful to test those that we choose to sell because there seem to be so many that don't work. You really need to try and test it on another mac to determine where the problem is.

This is obviously a USB problem according to the log. You should also try other USB devices (other card readers if possible) on this machine that's crashing. You should also see if you can isolate it to a single USB port or if it happens with either port.

Ok i have just tried other usb devices and they work but it i tried another card reader and it seems to crash every time its a sd card reader because i just tried 3 different brands all ending in the same result.
