When I use the Mail application, the font size on the mail is really small. This also applies to alot of applications, the font is small. Is there a way to increase the size for ALL applications? I guess something like a DPI change feature?
There is no feature to increase the size of all applications in OS X yet. It's been planned for years, but progress is slow apparently. You can temporarily zoom into any area of the screen by holding down the control button and then using the mouse wheel or scroll gesture on the trackpad.
In Mail you can change the font sizes in Mail->Preferences->Fonts & Colors.
