im not very experienced but this is for running a moparscape server on my mac os x. i learned how to do it with most of these servers, but this one is different. before i opened up terminal, type cd and then dragged either the files folder or the main folder in, then hit return then type this code in /System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/1.6.0/Home/bin/java -Xmx500m EGUI
then i hit return again and it would run the .bat file. When i opened it up with text edit though it said this and this looks a bit different that the command that i use normally and i see nothing that says "cd" to tell me what folder to drag into the terminal. here it is:
@echo off
title EraScape client - by Alex (Alex***** *******)
java -Xmx800m -cp .;Theme.jar;client.jar Gui 0 0 lowmem members 32

if anyone can help i would appreciate it very much

Thanks

i know but i've been able to run somewhat similar batch files on my mac os x but this one isnt working strangely, it must be a different version or something because for the other batch files in the code i typed "-Xmx500m" in part of it but in text edit opening this one up i saw it says "-Xmx800m", so i tried replacing 500m with 800m in the code, but it didn't work. and following the xmx500m was "EGUI" but when i typed in the whole code into the terminal, it said "EGUI" command could not be found. For other batch files with variations i could just switch the information into the code for example for "/Versions/1.6.0/" if in text edit it said something other than versions 1.6.0, i would replace it with that and it would work. thanks for the post, every post is appreciated.

What do you use these other .bat files for?
