Hi there

I have an 22" iMac , running the latest version of Leopard.
Whenever I use spotlight to find something, it can never find it.
Eg. i downloaded a file called "P3XC" and when i search it under spotlight and even narrow down the search to file name and location it simply says not results.
Any idea why this occurs?

Spotlight database corruption... have you followed the standard advice for rebuilding the spotlight database?

Open a shell and see if
mdimport /
does the trick. It will take a while to complete.

If not start searching for how to rebuild the Spotlight database.
