Anybody have any experience with the various Leopard Server Training DVDs out there? Any recommendations of one learning series over another?

I don't know. I've actually thought about making them myself. I think Apple makes them. Why do you need them?

Oh, Leopard Server. Sorry, misread your post. Apple makes free podcasts. You can get them in the iTunes store.

Those apple ipod one are hardly compressive training on how to configure and admin a leopard server. They're more like 2 minute intros to "here's a neat feature" and that's about it.

Some of the training discs I've seen out there are like between 8 and 12 hours of course material which in theory provides actual training on admining a Leopard Server. Anybody ever use any of those products.
