Hey I have Dual 867 MHz PowerPC G4 with Tiger I believe, I have Leopard on disk but I'm not sure what the outcome will be if I load it. I have a friend that was worried it my clean the computer by erasing all the files and software on the computer. I really want the Leopard but I don't have the Setup files for all my software on this computer and cannot afford to lose it. So I guess my question is, When loading Leopard does it clean or clear the computer? Or will my files and software be safe?

It simply updates the operating system. Nothing gets deleted.

As long as you don't choose "Clean Install", it won't. Normally it just installs the new stuff that's part of Leopard and leaves everything else the same.

Which you have to go looking for. The default is a simple upgrade.
