I did SwitchResX program, and it added all these features to my Mac OS X 10.5.7 os... something went haywire with the drivers, and i read the readme to remove all plugins, but somehow it added all these resolutions within the display settings on system preferences... how do I completely revert to all defaults on a system level?

Does it really matter if it added more resolutions? I don't know where the configurations are stored, but you could reinstall the OS if it's a huge problem.

it added resolutions and over wrote one of the default ones that is significantly different now... i'm going to do an "Archive and Install" and see where that gets me.

I did a complete erase and install.. and it's still an issue. 1920x1080(interlaced) looks as is overscan is turned on and it's totally warping out the edges.. and if i turn overscan on, it's even worse....

Check out the image below:


notice finder window size gets bigger.. the boxes are exactly the same size, somehow the screen is warping them.
