Is it possible to delete item(s) immediately, bypassing trash, as in some apps ? (Destroy)

Probably not what you were looking for, but in any shell you can navigate to a file and then just do a
rm-rf filename
to immediately delete a file or folder (that's what the -r flag is for).
If you want to secure delete you have the option in Finder > Secure Empty Trash, but naturally that requires you to put stuff in Trash first.

If you use Pathfinder there is a contextual item 'Secure Delete'. It gives you the option of how many passes to run (including zero; a normal delete) and those bypass the trash.

You can very easily create a Finder Automator action to do this, but I highly recommend you don't as you will inevitably end up deleting the wrong thing by mistake at some point.

Not that this is related to the original poster's question, but it is easy enough to perform a secure delete in the Finder. Open the Finder preferences and under the Advanced tab select Empty Trash securely:
To perform a secure delete if the Trash has any content, press command-shift-delete when you are in the Finder.
Also, when you open the Trash window with that setting selected, you get an Empty Securely button in the window:
