WHen I got my macbook it had a folder with shoftcuts to PDF's like Energystar, welcome to your mac, ect in the root of the drive with the Applications and Users folder.

Anyone know how to get that back? I've reinstalled OS X a few times since I got it and it seems it's there sometimes and not there others.
