OS X setup cant find MobileMe acct

It just wont validate, I know the acct works, and in the step before OS X validates my Network password.

Any ideas?

Just ignore it and log in via the System Preference pane.

Thats what I ended up doing, but I don't get why it would just stop working on setup.

Apple may have changed their authentication server after that Setup Assistant. I can't quite recall but may have had the same problem.
