Description of Problem: At times when I Fast User Switch from one of my secondary accounts to my primary (non-admin) account, a problem occurs with my ColorSync Display Profile whereby my display goes from being calibrated to far too high in gamma. When this occurs I can't access the Color tab of the Display pane in System Preferences, so I know it's linked to ColorSync. This started happening in 10.5.7 and I think I experienced it for the first time after upgrading to 10.5.8 a couple of weeks ago. I don't see any pertinent Console messages. The problem gets cured by logging out, but until I do that the gamma is screwed up for all users. I also have only experienced it when switching to my primary account. I don't know where to begin looking if it's an account specific problem. Obviously this is a very annoying issue.

System Spec for Reference: G5 DP 2.0 (rev b.); Radeon 9800XT GPU; Samsung SyncMaster 23" display; 6 GB RAM

No ideas guys? It happened again last night. It seems to only happen to my standard user account and not any other on the system, so it seems like it's something peculiar to my account.

If my interpretation of gamma is right, which I think it is, I have the same problem occasionally when my MacBook is connected to my DELL S2209W.
