Good day,

After a lot of searching, I didn' t find a good solution to do this on LEOPARD.

I would like to use my mac as a terminal server (for textual console login only)
I would like it to boot with the GUI loading, and still to be able to connect to it
remotely (so single user mode is not enough)

please help!

thank you in advance!

The only choice I think you have is SSH which can be enabled from the Sharing pane in System Preferences.

I remember reading something about how OS X would allow UIDs below a certain number only console sessions.
