I just upgraded to Snow Leopard. Prior to Snow Leopard I could use the Get Info window to see what languages were in an Application and disable or remove them. This is missing in Snow Leopard. Is there a new way to see what languages are in an Application and remove them?

You could try using Monolingual or DeLocalizer to remove unwanted languages.

I'd like to see what is there before I just blindly remove the unwanted languages.
To me this is a step backward by Apple.

Right click on the application and select Show Package Contents. Then open Contents and Resources. You should see the languages in separate folders there.

FWIW:

I don't know if the current version of if Monolingual and DeLocalizer does this, but when TinkerTool System removes language support, there is a setting/preference to:

Don't remove spell checker and summary dictionaries
Don't remove languages from components integrated into applications (I find this most valuable)
Don't touch Adobe applications
Don't touch selected software bundles (as edited by user)

As a consequence of the above, I have never experienced a problem when TTS removes language support packages.
