Hi, how do I connect to a network that uses juniper's SSL VPN (Neoteris) on my MacBook Pro. My company gave me an url to connect and invoke remote terminal session. I was able to login on my Windows XP system and even was able to login thru Windows 7 even though my firm doesn't support windows 7 (there is a work around) !!!.

But when I try the url on my macbook pro and login I get a message saying "You are not allowed to sign in. Please contact your administrator" ! I know my firm doesn't support Mac OS but definitely there has to be a workaround on how to connect ? do I need any client app ??

Thanks,

You need whatever client Juniper provides. Are you using it to login and getting that error?

No, i didn't have any client s/w. All we have is an url to connect to thru IE explorer (or Safari here) and login to the site. And once logged in it scans the system and does some checks and then you see a link for terminal session which you click to connect to your work station. I can do all this on a windows xp. But here on macbook when I try to login to the site (1st step) i throws that error as if my loginid/pwd is incorrect !

The information I found says that there is a Java app which installs a client on your machine. There is no file being created somewhere in your home directory?

No. I didn't see anything being installed. I believe that happens once you were able to login to the account then it installs an application to support the terminal session. But mine is not even letting me sign-in to the website itself !
