Always get errors when installing 10.4 on Blue & White

I am having an issue trying to get OS 10.4 to install on my Blue & White. No matter what I do, the installer always tells me that the install failed due to errors. I am at a loss. I have tried it on two different drives, both of which have even been low level formatted.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!

Other World Computing- OSX Center

Also the boot partition must be in the first 8gigs of the drive
