Have you removed these objects:
/Library/Frameworks/NMNetWorker.framework
/Library/Application Support/Vodafone
?

Thanks for your help.
So I have gotten rid of anything that i could find with NMNetWorker or Vodafone in the file. It is still happening.
I launched in safe mode which stopped it from happening, which was good because it meant that I am able to stop it somehow, but i have no idea how to diagnose from here.
Any help is much appreciated.
Dan

Just letting you know that i have fixed the problem.
I had forgotten to 'show system files' and after I did that a few little hidden entries came up when I used spotlight.
So all is good now, although Vodafone has something to answer for!
Thanks
Dan
