I'm new to mac , and I feel suspense all the time that my mac is hacked , i know I'm being paranoid but i had a previous experience with hackers on windows .

any help plllllllzzzzzzzzzzzz

Is it just a feeling, or do you have some "facts" or indications (like unusual behavior of the Mac) ?

Chances are VERY slim that you got hacked.

I suspect a person who's telling me info's I only have on my mac , that's why I'm asking if there is a way to figure out if my mac is monitored by someone . this person doesn't have physical access to my macbook

Did you turn on file sharing, or any other forms of remote access on your Mac ?

Is it possible that this person has knowledge of this information from BEFORE it was tyransferred to the Mac ?

By default, your Mac is not sharing any data. You need to do someting to open the Mac up for sharing. Since you didn't do that, you should be fine.

The likelyhood of your Mac getting hacked is very very low.
There are no known viruses, and only a handful of (mostly proof of concept) trojans.

Most security issues on the Mac are connected with Internet (Safari, Java). That's not a route a known person to you could esily take.
