I've got some large files that I've 'aquired'. It seems that my Samsung TV will only read from FAT32 or NTFS (I tried MacOSX Extended Journaled but it didn't even see the USB key).

Any thoughts on how to get these files from my iMac onto an NTFS USB key or USB external hard-drive?

If you're on at least 10.6.5, you could try exfat format, but I doubt the samsung will read it.
