Is this possible to do? In our office, each person receives faxes/scans from the copier into a folder in their dock titled "Scans". Is there a way to add a folder action of some sort that will:

a.) Give a count of the number of items contained in the folder (like Mail does with new unread items); and

b.) Bounce when a new item arrives in the folder?

Now, I'm pretty new at any of this, so any assistance you could give me would be great. And to steal a helpful line, "Explain as you would to a child!"
