Hi All,
I have a Mac Pro with 4 internal drives, and 6 external ones (I'm a photographer, so many drives of data). I'm having a problem with Finder windows not staying open after a restart.
I've just done a complete vanilla install of Lion, and I'm in the process of rebuilding all of my apps etc. I did this because, previously, I installed Lion over Snow Leopard, and the machine seemed wonky (in many ways, other than this problem I'm writing about).
One thing that bothered me with my first install of Lion was that, when restarting my machine, any Finder windows that were open to any drive other than the start-up drive, didn't stay upon.
So, I've just finished my complete vanilla install of Lion and, yes, the same issue remains. This really really bugs me, but a google search didn't find anybody else with the issue.
Anybody else have this problem and, even more important, anybody know how to fix it?
Thanks in advance for any help,
Chas
