I was wondering if there is any information on MacOS X server running on an older PowerMac (7500,8500, etc.) with a G3 upgrade in it. I remember DR2 running on 604 based machines, will these still be compatible? I know they're not "supported", but will it install and boot? I'm debating on weather to upgrade my 8500 (200mhz 604e) to a G3 or just sell the system and get a real PowerMac G3.

Thanks
