I played around the Sharity GUI (Sharity.app) and found a fix that SEEMS to allow it to load without crashing, although with some odd side-effects.
OK, before you do this, make a copy of Sharity.app because you're about to muck with it. Also, this assumes you installed it normally so Sharity.app is in the Applications directory of the OS X drive.
- Open TextEdit, type "/Applications/Sharity.app/Resources", hit [return], and double-click "Info-macos.plist".
- Change the line "NSMainNibFile = AppleMain_Sharity;" to "NSMainNibFile = Main_Sharity;".
- Save the file.
Now Sharity.app should open, but with the "Sharity" menu is on the wrong side without a "close" command and the "Services" menu is top-level.
Now, PLEASE DON'T TRY THIS UNLESS YOU'RE WILLING TO RISK A COMPUTER CRASH. I have no idea what the adverse affects of this might be.
