My imac and emac are networked via a new airport basestation. I was printing from the imac to my emac-->USB connected HP deskjet 970 via the network using USB print sharing with no problems ... until now.
Everything looks fine. I have the deskjet icon mounted on the imac desktop as normal. When a print job is sent, the process starts normally, then the Finder informs me that the document failed to print on the printer "Deskjet 970C on eMac" because of an error -23.
My options are then to hold , cancel or try again.
The printer is selected in the chooser ... USB sharing is turned on ... the printer is working fine from the eMac. I've trashed printer prefs, power cycled everything, double checked my setttings ... nothing works so far.
Any ideas?
