Hello, I have a G4 (pci graphics) and it doesn't get along with routers or hubs well. It has a bug with auto-negotiating and the such so i have to manually set it to 10 base t at half-duplex so the router will communicate with it. Now you might say hey, that is an easy problem to solve, but so far i haven't been able to get it working. In the CLI i've used the "ifconfig en0 media 10baseT/UTP mediaopt half-duplex" and that would end in a SYSCIO error or something like that. I would also put that in /System/Library/StartupItems/Network/Network and it will still not work, and last i put it in /etc/iftab and again....it didn't work. I was wondering if anyone else has been able to force it and actually get it to work, because i don't really care for classic to much, and any help anyone gives me is greatly appreciated.

Justin
