Mac to PC netwoeking issue! HELP!

I have a linksys wireless connection in my home. I have no problem connecting from my PC to my MAC, but I cannot connect to my PC from my MAC. When I login i get a -5031 error.

Anyone have a clue on how to correct this problem?
Hmmmm..... maybe not!

what version of the Mac OS are you using?
have you previously attempted to log in from your Mac?
what version of Windows?

I am currently running 10.2.1
I attempted to login but i always get the same error
I am running windows 2000 professional
