ftp access denied

	Accesss my folders via ftp allways worked fine. Now I changed my user password and nothing goes. -No ftp access to my folders, neither with old nor with new password. -No access to other user's files via ftp. It doesn't accept any name/password. It's not the client computer: Doesn't work from different ones. It's not the ftp client program: Doesn't work with different programs. Any help is welcome
