A family friend just gave me a dual ethernet (snow) base station. They don't need it anymore because they now have a combination Linksys router and base station. I am able to connect both my desktop and laptop to the base station wirelessly without any problem. ALTHOUGH I can't seem to configure the base station with the AirPort Admin Utility, nor does the WAN port work.
Why can't the base station be found by the AirPort Admin Utility? (I know the base station's configured using DHCP because it was able to get a connection from my cable modem)
Is there anyway to make it work with the AirPort Admin Utility?
Is there anyway I can get the WAN port to work?
Thanks in advanced.

Neither of the computers can see the base station? or you can't log in to it?
If they can't see it I recommend connecting your Mac to it via a ethernet cable and seeing if you can't configure it then. You might also check to see if you have the latest version of the Airport Admin Utility and the latest firmware updates for the base station.
If you can't log in, the default password is "public". Try that.

Neither computers can see it through the admin utility.
I tried connecting via Ethernet, didn't work.
And I have the latest version of the software. Considering the admin utility can't see the base station, I can't update the firmware.

Did you try accessing it through both OSX and OS9?
Is it possible the "Create Closed Network" box has been checked? If it has, I don't think Airport Admin Utility will see the base station. You'll have to enter the information (name of network) manually in the "Select Base Station" portion of the Admin Utility.
Does the base station have it's own IP address? Can you ping it?
I assume you've tried restarting it with no success?
If that's not it, I'm stumped. I can see no possible reason why 2 computers can access the network but not see the access point.

When I first got my base station Gen 1, I had the same problem. I ended up trying to use the default password and all that fun stuff, but still couldnt. I had to hard reset the base station with the little button on bottom as an unplug replug did nothing. Read the instructions on the computers help iconrather than the printed stuff as I found the on line stuff much better. Later when I upgraded to OSX and got Brickhouse for the firewall I couldnt see nor configure the base from OSX, but could do so from OS9. As soon as I turned the firewall off I could work again, so you may want to see if your firewall is blocking the airport.

Tried it both in X and 9, I restarted it, etc. No success. Could it also be the power supply? I was given a power supply that was not included with the base station. It outputs more volts then it needs. Could that cause problems in resetting and finding it?

Please use a power adapter that gives it the correct voltage. This may not be the cause of your problem, but it won't hurt to make as many things correct as possible.
Resetting the base should have made it detectable by the admin utility. Hm.

Fixed, turn out I was an idiot and got mixed up about the WAN and LAN ports. The cable modem should be connected to the WAN. Thanks a lot all.
