What cards reliably work with 10.2? Cheaper would be better Its too bad there are no 3com drivers for X cause i can readily get brand new 3com pci cards from work. Actually I like the 3com stuff because it seems to be reliable and low resource use...at least that's the case on the PC side. They even provide a Linux driver but still no Mac OS X driver. I tried searching the web for an opensource driver but couldn't come up with anything. Any suggestions/insights appreciated.

Have you tried one anyway, maybe it will work right out of the box?

I like 3com stuff, i used to loose my internet connection daily with my Netgear modem, then i bought a brand new 3com one for $30 and I now host my own web sites and mail server off it, it simply NEVER falls off.

Yeah me too, we use them at work at they are solid...Expensive but I think they're worth the extra $$$. Anyway tried a 3com pci but no go. Showed link on the card but the g4 didn't know anything about the card. Figures 3com makes drivers for every OS but mac...grr
