I have a Powermac and iMac, both with Airport cards and an Airport Base Station for wireless internet access.

I have a PC in another room with an ethernet port.
I would like to add the PC to my network wirelessly, though I can't move the Airport Base Station to the room with the PC, there is no cable conection there.
Is there some kind of router I can add that I can just plug the ethernet port from the PC into without plugging into the cable modem?

there is bridging hardware available. basically it will be an 802.11b thing that hooks into your PC's ethernet port. It acts as a 'bridge' to your airport base station. Just do some research to make sure they'll work.

The LinkSys WET-11 is exactly what you need. Plugs into your PC's Ethernet port and works great with Apple's AirPort Base Station.
