Hello, whenever I turn on my iMac DV 400, i automatically connect to my (defunct) iDisc could anyone please tell me how or where to turn this off (I have looked but as I don't know what i'm looking for I could'nt find it), running OS 9.2, many thanks.

Check System Folder > Startup Items. If your iDisk is listed there, remove it.

I checked start-up folder, not in there, then looked above to a folder called servers and there it was, trashed it and no more auto dial
