I am new to wireless. I just bought a Linksys 54g wireless router and I love it.

I found the WEP 1128 set up in the Linksys control screen. However, when I enter a string for it to generate the WEP code, it creates 4 seperate codes.

Then when I go to my iBook, Airport preference panel, I am not sure where to enter my WEP codes and which code of the four that Linksys generaged do I enter???

Any advice out there?

The $ thing help alot. Plus only using the first string of code numbers.

This is great. My WiFi is WEP 128 and the LinkSys has a filter of allowed MAC addresses.

I feel much safer now.
