When you add the Airport card to a Macintosh via BTO, do they actually install the card in the computer or do they merely send it along?

Thanks.

Actually, I had the same question. I don't usually like opening up computers so this is good news.

I bought my powermac at the Apple store and they installed the Airport extreme right there along with my RAM upgrade. If you have an apple store near you I suggest buying it there. You won't have to deal with shipping.

Thanks for moving this thread. I was thinking in terms of BTO with a Powermac, so I put it there. Any thanks to those who responded.
