DSL Connection Error

	Im Using a Alcatel Speed Touch USB DSL Modem. I configured the Network Section as i was told. But I get the following error when i try to connect: A crossed connection has been detected please verify your settings and try again. I have no idea what other connection is active so I dont know what to do. The Tech Support is aweful as well so they cant help me much either. any help is greatlly appreciated. MY OS is 10.2 if that helps any.
