I bought the Apple Extreme Airport Base to replace my Snow Base on a cable hookup. This in order to wirelessly share a USB printer.
I want to add the Snow base in the living room because the signal has always been very weak and unreliable.
How do I add this? Do I just plug in the Snow base and it then finds and gets a signal from the Extreme base? Do I need to get another cable modem installed into the living room?
I have a Linksys WEP 11 in the living room hooked up to my sons PS2 which gets the PS2 online wirelessly. Can I use this into the Snow base, and then run the ethernet cable from the Snow to the PS2?
I think I have all necessary hardware, but I can't get the Snow to get a signal from the Extreme.
Thanks for any help.
