Can someone please explain how to enter multiple entries in the bypass proxies list.
EG: I set a web proxy to be 127.0.0.1:9100
There is no proxy running, so nothing connects to net. Enter 'google.com' in the bypass box and still nothing happens because it resolves to www.google.com. Enter '.google.com' and all is well, except that I get redirected to www.google.com.au, so that fails. I now enter '.google.com.au' into the bypass box, but OSX shortens it to 'google.com.au' (missing initial '.') as soon as I click 'Apply Now' so I still can't connect.
Does this mean that I have to enter the FULL domain for every site? What about sites like americanexpress.com where they re-route you to a different home?.americanexpress.com site?
So, my question:
When I enter 'sitename.com' into the bypass box, what I really mean is "Bypass the proxy for ANY URL ending in 'sitename.com'"
How do I get this to work? How do I separate multiple sites - new lines or commas?
Many thanks,
