Unfortunately, most of the products available at the retail level here in the States are routers only-the combination devices that are common in the UK and Europe are usually in the realm of ISPs who provide them as a premium for new customers. For example, SBC gave me a Wirespeed 516 "modem" when I signed up, though the 516 is also a "router" in many senses of the word.
Another issue is that there are several standards used for DSL over here and in Canada, rather than the nearly universal G-Lite standard used in the UK and Europe, so even when a customer gets a full-fledged "modem/router" and instructions on how to use it properly, it may not be useful when the customer moves to the next county and needs service from another ISP or DSL provider.
So if you need an all-in-one solution, we're probably not going to be able to help you out from this side of the pond.
