I have a new 12.1 " powerbook. My internet connection works fine but everytime I restart the computer 10.2.6 it automatically selects bluetooth modem adaptor by default.I use my internal modem port so this is a little bit annoying.

Anyone else experience this ?

do you have any bluetooth devices that you use with your macs?

if not, maybe you can go into applications > utilities > bluetooth setup asst and disable bluetooth.

if you do want to use it, try system prefs > network. then click 'show' and select 'network port config'. from there, you can drag your internal modem to the top of the list so that this will be the first connection your mac tries to make.
