can no longer get to certain sites???

	I have a dual g4 running 10.2.6. it has been working great until today - i can no longer get to certain web sites, specifically my mail server. the odd thing is this: i have another g4 (10.2.6) connected to this mac, and sharing the same connection, and it can get there fine. is there some setting or file that might be blocking certain ip addresses? the firewall is not on in 10.2.6. any advice would be greatly appreciated.
