RJ45 and Wireless PC Card combo????

	Is there a PCcard out there that has an RJ45 and wireless built into the same card? I though I seen this somewhere but cant find it. Scenerio; I have a PC laptop that has a bad screen but is still somewhat useable but I want to use it as a transmiter for my 17" PB. The problem...the PC laptop has no built in ethernet so it requires a PC card which uses up both slots. So i need a card that will have both the RJ45 and Wireless standard in the same card. Any idea would be cool...thanks Steve
