Hi, I am new here nad I have done a search with out finding the answer. Here is the issue I support the advertising group here at corp. and we about 12 macs all on OSX 10.2 running Quark 5.5 under imulation connecting to a Windows 2000 file server. We are getting alot of corrupt TIFFS lately and it is causing our Varitas LTO tape back ups to fail constantly. The reported error is corrupt TIFF can not access. We are re-indexing and de-fraging the server at this point in time but was wondering if any one out there has some other insight into this. Another thing that happens often is the Quark icons disappear from the OSX desktops after they have been transfered up to the server. All the services are turned on for file sharing for the mac etc... this is a more recent issue, the server has up and running since march of 2002.
