If they're like all the other Linksys equipment I've seen, you simply configure them with your browser.
The trick is to make sure that you keep up with the default IP addresses, and since you switched to an AEBS, you're going to have to make some changes. The default IP range for an AEBS is 10.0.1.x, while Linksys defaults to 192.168.1.x. Obviously, if you plug the Linksys boxes (figuratively) into a default AEBS network, nothing will work. You have to change the print servers' IP addresses to match the range of the AEBS.
If you still have the Linksys router, plug both printservers and a computer into it. After you computer gets a DHCP address from the router, it will be able to "see" the print servers. Open their configuration pages (192.168.1.78 is the default for both)and change their IP addresses (on the TCP/IP tab). I suggest using something like 10.0.1.201 and 10.0.1.202 for the new IPs-just make sure they're in the 10.0.1.x range.
Once you commit these changes, you won't be able to see the print servers through the Linksys router any more. Tear down this setup, connect your computer via the AEBS, and open the addresses you set in the printservers; you should see their setup pages. If you do, you're done. If not, reset the printserver(s), go back to the previous step and set the IP again.
