I have replaced the capacitors as detailed in the website: http://www.vonwentzel.net/ABS/Repair/index.html but this did not solve the problem, however, when I substituted the plug-in chip (see pix. on website), with a chip from a working ABS, this seemed to make the non-working ABS recognisable to the Airport Admin. Utility, even though it did not connect with the internet.

I am trying to find out what this chip is and it's identity, so that I can purchase a replacement.

Could you possibly help me in this search and where in the UK, I could purchase a new "chip" from, or point me in the right direction.

Also, maybe there is another solution to the problem someone knows of. Many thanks.
