I have a problem sharing my broadband connection with NTL (UK). Basically, I have a single ip given connection is aliased with MAC address. So I registered Airports (white, dual ethernet) MAC address with NTL (by spoofing it) and when I connect airport it gets the correct ip assigned, basically it is connected. But when I set it to share connection via NAT, reboot it, there is no IP assigned by DHCP, just 169.254.x.x crup. I tryed sharing it from Powerbook, by getting ip via DHCP first and then start connection sharing and it worked fine. Is there a solution?? Maybe I could start it, let it get its ip and then start connection sharing without reboot somehow? Or is there are another way? Thanx.
